Esprit de Pavie was born from a sincere and innovative desire.
Gérard Perse, owner of Château Pavie, wished to share with as many epicureans as possible the special soul of his wine estate. A wish inspired by a boundless passion for wine, a profound respect for outstanding terroir and the constant pursuit of excellence.
Today, his daughter Angélique and her husband Henrique Da Costa are committed with loyalty and generosity to ensuring that Esprit de Pavie reflects that aspiration.
